Q:   What about returns? 
A:   Please be aware that each fountain is made expressly for you when ordered, and it is considered yours once you've placed the order. We will provide all information you may need to make your decision and we have every confidence (as well as hundreds of delighted customers' feedback) that your expectations will be exceeded. However, if for some unforeseen reason you do not choose to keep the fountain, you are responsible for re-boxing, insuring and paying in advance for its return to us through the same company that originally delivered it to you. Once received back to us undamaged, we will fully refund the cost of the fountain only. (As a final note, we have never had a fountain returned...)
